Job Details

Have professional experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role, owning complex, cross-functional software initiatives.
Translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and clear ownership.
Have experience working directly with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineering teams.
Demonstrate technical fluency across software architecture, data models, third-party integrations, and data pipelines.
Evaluate technical trade-offs and communicate their implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have experience delivering initiatives across Product and Engineering and connecting execution to measurable business or customer outcomes.
Establish practical program-management processes where ownership and operating practices are still evolving.
Preferred: experience in a complex industry, multi-sided marketplace, or B2B2C environment.
A plus: experience partnering with financial services, automotive retail, servicing, fraud, analytics, machine learning, or other operationally complex teams.
Advantageous: experience in a growth-stage technology company or similarly fast-moving environment.

Lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from initial alignment through delivery, launch, and rollout.
Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Servicing, Analytics, Machine Learning, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and dealer-facing teams.
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and ownership.
Partner with Product Managers on strategy and prioritization and work with Engineering Managers and engineers on technical approaches and execution plans.
Evaluate software architecture, data models, data movement, data pipelines, third-party integrations, and implementation trade-offs.
Identify blockers and unclear ownership, surface downstream impacts, and help teams resolve delivery risks.
Establish practical program-management processes that improve coordination, visibility, and accountability.
Monitor post-launch performance, establish feedback loops, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
Analyze operational signals and customer pain points and develop prioritized recommendations.
Connect program execution to measurable business and customer outcomes while maintaining quality, reliability, and delivery standards.
