Have experience leading engineering teams delivering complex software products and initiatives.
Bring a strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices.
Have experience with hiring, performance reviews, coaching, career development, and employee engagement.
Partner effectively with Product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans.
Have experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions across stakeholders.
Balance technical quality, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
Have experience supporting production environments, incident management, and operational excellence.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred: experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams and working with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven software development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.

Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching, performance management, career planning, and regular feedback.
Partner with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver software aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, system design, scalability, security, and engineering practices.
Drive planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution across the product development lifecycle.
Apply AI software development practices to department SDLC goals and objectives.
Establish engineering standards, development processes, code review practices, testing strategies, and operational procedures.
Help teams resolve technical challenges and make sound engineering decisions.
Monitor team health, delivery performance, and velocity, and improve engineering effectiveness.
Lead hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding.
Coordinate responses to critical production issues, including incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution.
