Bring 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
Have prior experience as a senior- or staff-level engineer.
Have a track record leading delivery of complex backend or workflow-heavy production systems.
Have experience in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
Have experience establishing small-batch delivery, feature flags, testing, and operational excellence.
Have hands-on fluency with agentic, AI-native development tools such as Claude Code.
Be able to model and coach agentic software delivery practices within a team.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Healthcare, clinical systems, workflow tooling, AI-enabled products, or other regulated-domain experience is a plus, not required.

Lead, coach, and grow a small team delivering clinical and operational systems.
Set team goals and execution plans aligned with product and company priorities.
Guide architectural decisions for backend services, workflows, integrations, and internal tools.
Partner with senior engineers to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Oversee systems for clinical charting, scheduling, task management, care coordination, and workflow automation.
Ensure systems handle patient data safely within HIPAA and broader healthcare regulatory requirements.
Partner with product, clinical, and operations leaders to define roadmaps and translate requirements into engineering plans.
Use delivery signals, including DORA metrics, to improve team throughput and stability.
