Requirements

  • Have 7-10 years of experience in B2B software sales or account management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Have advanced-level technical B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a business- or communication-related field, or have equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Use macOS, Microsoft 365, and Power BI to manage and analyze data, collaborate, and deliver presentations.
  • Be comfortable learning and using Salesforce to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate presentation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, strategic-thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Be able to work effectively from a home office in a remote environment.
  • Be willing and able to travel as required and, where applicable, hold a valid passport and obtain necessary international travel documents.
  • Be comfortable working with international teams and a US-based company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand sales activities with existing customer accounts and new leads.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Promote the solver to new buying points within existing customer accounts and generate interest from inbound leads.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop a pipeline by engaging relevant decision-makers.
  • Attend trade shows and company training events to expand outreach.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical Account Management, Marketing, and colleagues across the organization.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and document sales activity.
  • Provide management with sales forecasts and progress reports.
  • Monitor sales best practices, competitive threats, and developments in the optimization space.
