Have 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Have strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
Have backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python, particularly for APIs and microservices.
Have production experience building chatbot user interfaces and conversational application features.
Understand microservices architecture and cloud-native development principles.
Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DocumentDB.
Have strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
Have experience with Azure; AWS experience is also applicable.
Be familiar with enterprise security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices.
Understand software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
Be able to meet applicable background investigation requirements.
Have a dedicated, private home workspace and reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Build reusable, responsive, and accessible React components and user workflows.
Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
Design and implement integrations between internal applications and external vendor platforms.
Develop chatbot interfaces in React applications, including interaction flows, response rendering, input validation, and real-time backend connectivity.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure or AWS, and use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with architecture and platform teams on security, performance, monitoring, and operational requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and partner with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop technical solutions.
Maintain engineering standards through testing, code reviews, and attention to maintainability and performance; explore AI and LLM capabilities in enterprise applications.
