Job Details

Experience in application engineering, programming, or a related technical role within building automation and control systems.
Experience with IoT integrations and APIs.
Ability to write code using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Advanced understanding of IP networking and related technologies.
Experience working with Linux environments and/or Docker and container technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and explain technical challenges.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers, System Integrators, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple customer-facing commitments.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements, industry trade shows, and other business activities.

Provide application engineering and programming support for building automation and control technologies.
Guide System Integrators, end-user customers, and Regional Sales Managers through sales and adoption.
Present, demonstrate, and train customers and sales teams on product capabilities and new products.
Support customer onboarding and provide supplemental product training.
Help customers implement new technologies and apply solutions effectively.
Represent the organization at industry trade shows and other customer-facing events.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on capabilities, advancements, integrations, and limitations.
Coordinate customer and partner commitments with sales and technical stakeholders.
Explain complex technical concepts as practical guidance for customers and partners.
