- Have at least 2 years of experience working as an individual contributor.
- Have hands-on experience testing SaaS software.
- Have experience working in SaaS software development environments.
- Be proficient with Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Bring strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving software issues.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with software development teams.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Test SaaS software products for functionality, reliability, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Identify, document, and help track software defects and issues before they reach clients.
- Support development teams in resolving quality issues and preparing reliable software releases.
- Perform hands-on quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate expected behavior and ensure software meets requirements.
- Use Jira and Postman for testing, issue tracking, and API-related quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to consistent testing and quality practices across software products.
