Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
- Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools.
- Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers.
- Understanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping.
- Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve testing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process.
- Find, report, and track bugs and defects in Jira.
- Collaborate with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues.
- Understand testing tasks and follow through in a timely manner.
- Test the e-commerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports, devices, and browsers.
