Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Google Workspace/Google Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment where accuracy and consistent follow-through are important.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to content teams, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain meeting agendas, official minutes, issue logs, tracking documents, and related project materials.
- Coordinate item review activities and track client feedback, responses, and resolutions with internal teams.
- Maintain documentation, reference materials, and support resources used by content teams.
- Coordinate or participate in educator training on relevant systems, processes, and workflows.
- Prepare materials and provide logistical support for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Assist with reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other project documentation.
- Work independently on assigned short- and long-term projects and identify opportunities to support broader team priorities.
