Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms is required.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in student information systems is preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Able to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening hours as required.
- Able to work longer hours when needed to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust campaigns using lead volume, CPL, lead-to-start conversion rates, and CPS.
- Identify optimization opportunities with media buyers and lead generation partners, then execute optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with in-house and third-party creative teams on static and video assets, performance results, and testing schedules.
- Deploy and analyze A/B tests for creative, messaging, landing pages, ad placements, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.
- Launch campaigns in accordance with designated budgets and enrollment goals.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with CIAT departments to align messaging, ads, and placements with enrollment goals, financial targets, and audience segmentation.
- Assist with tracking paid media budgets and allocating campaign budgets by channel or lead partner.
- Conduct competitive research to support program and policy changes intended to improve enrollment rates.
