Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers.
- A track record of launching and scaling B2B technology products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond.
- Experience translating product vision and business strategy into practical plans that teams execute.
- Experience supporting native mobile deployments across large user populations; Swift and Kotlin experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Agile product development, multi-tenant systems, cloud-based platforms, and microservices architecture.
- Experience engaging directly with prospective and existing customers about current and future product offerings.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and understand how JavaScript, Java, and Python support product development; coding experience is not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or a related STEM program, or equivalent.
- Construction technology or IoT experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Product team, setting clear expectations and accountability for results.
- Turn product goals and business priorities into roadmaps, requirements, timelines, and executable plans.
- Partner with Software Engineering, Hardware, Design, and other stakeholders to develop coordinated product solutions.
- Communicate product priorities, performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines to executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Synthesize customer feedback, product usage data, market insights, and business needs into product decisions.
- Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and needs.
- Develop and maintain product requirements, roadmaps, documentation, and executive reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Use product, project-management, analytics, and reporting tools to organize work and monitor progress.
- Partner with Design on user flows, concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
- Balance long-term product direction with business needs, technical realities, customer commitments, and delivery deadlines.
