Requirements
- Have hands-on design experience using Canva or similar.
- Produce social graphics, SMS funnel images, and print assets.
- Know platform specifications for Instagram feed, stories, and reels, as well as web and print.
- Independently manage a high-volume creative request queue and meet turnaround expectations.
- Maintain quality, brand alignment, and copy accuracy while handling requests.
- Have experience building reusable, template-based design systems that scale beyond a single event or project.
- Be comfortable incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into a core design workflow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and work independently on routine requests.
- Proactively flag timelines, bottlenecks, and creative needs.
Responsibilities
- Produce on-brand social, SMS, print, and signage assets for assigned events.
- Deliver creative materials independently within expected turnaround times.
- Build reusable template sets and modular design systems for the event calendar.
- Organize and expand the reusable visual asset library.
- Improve creative turnaround time and output volume as the practice network grows.
- Bring creative trends, formats, and ideas to the team.
- Contribute recommendations to quarterly campaign planning.
- Collaborate with Creative, Events, Practice Success, and Meta/Creative teams.
