Requirements
- Provide a portfolio showing modern, conversion-focused email and newsletter designs.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and effective CTA placement.
- Have high proficiency in Figma for layout creation and asset export.
- Be able to turn visual references and brand guidelines into polished, ready-to-use concepts.
- Bring solid organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with strategists and developers.
- Experience supporting e-commerce brands, fashion retailers, beauty companies, or med spa services is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for promotional campaigns and newsletters.
- Interpret creative briefs and client style guides to produce consistent, brand-aligned designs.
- Slice and export production-ready design files for the implementation team.
- Organize design files, component libraries, and master templates in Figma.
- Incorporate creative director feedback to refine concepts.
- Use Figma features and modern design workflows to support efficient production.
- Tailor designs for women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty, and med spa clients.
