Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years' sales experience in luxury hospitality or travel, focused on the leisure segment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury leisure travel market.
- Established network within the luxury leisure travel space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is an asset.
- Experience with sales reporting tools and a data-driven approach to performance management.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client meetings and business development.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted luxury leisure sales strategies with the Sales Director.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing luxury leisure clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow and diversify the portfolio.
- Strengthen relationships with luxury consortia and affiliations in the UK market.
- Represent the company at international luxury travel events, roadshows, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and digital initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for UK key leisure clients and provide personalized service.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance, pipeline, and KPI reports to the Sales Director and senior leadership.
- Monitor luxury market trends and guest preferences to refine sales approaches.
- Support sales team members by sharing best practices.
