  • Bring 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Have 4+ years of management experience and 2+ years of second-line leadership experience managing managers.
  • Have owned expansion and renewal goals at portfolio scale.
  • Have built teams and systems that consistently achieve expansion and renewal goals.
  • Demonstrate strong discipline in building pipelines vertically and horizontally.
  • Have grown enterprise revenue with sophisticated technical buying committees, including CTOs, engineering leaders, and product leaders.
  • Have deep command of post-sale motions and the ability to turn an enterprise expansion strategy into a repeatable team play.
  • Be able to define account segmentation, lifecycle stages, and reporting systems.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership working across Solutions, Product, and Customer Solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience in developer tools, headless CMS, composable platforms, or digital experience infrastructure.
  • Bonus: Technical fluency with modern software development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the worldwide existing-customer Account Executive team, including hiring, onboarding, and career development.
  • Drive expansion within strategic accounts by engaging developer, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with sellers to map customer organizations, identify pain points and use cases, and shape tailored solutions.
  • Define account segmentation, customer lifecycle stages, and engagement strategies.
  • Build playbooks, tools, and systems for forecasting, pipeline tracking, and expansion reporting.
  • Track expansion metrics, usage trends, and upsell conversion, and act on the results.
  • Own renewals and work across functions to protect retention and keep churn low.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Solutions leaders to bring account insights into roadmap priorities.
