Requirements

  • 15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development.
  • Experience in infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies is preferred.
  • Meaningful experience in strategic partnership or key-account ownership.
  • Deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI or government-adjacent ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of national AI infrastructure initiatives and the Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
  • Track record managing and growing an existing strategic partnership, including expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multiple years.
  • Ability to own commercial terms and negotiate contracts, including MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, and reseller structures.
  • Working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems, with the ability to discuss sovereign AI infrastructure, inference and training data pipelines, and platform architecture.
  • Experience managing a partner relationship that generated measurable pipeline or revenue growth.
  • Experience with co-selling, joint go-to-market execution, channel and reseller management, and partner enablement.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh and willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day partnership relationship and align business and technical teams on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones.
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities to expand the partnership through new use cases, regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms.
  • Build executive relationships and serve as the primary business contact for partner leadership.
  • Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, working with sales to convert opportunities into closed business.
  • Execute co-selling motions, joint offers, campaigns, and reseller or channel activation with marketing and sales.
  • Run partner operating cadences, including QBRs, roadmap syncs, and escalation handling.
  • Bring partner needs to product and engineering and advocate for resources needed to meet commitments.
  • Define and report partnership KPIs, including pipeline, revenue, deployment milestones, and partnership health.
  • Represent MinIO with the partner at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
