  • Bring 7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or account management, including direct client-facing experience.
  • Develop and lead social media strategies for complex or enterprise-level brands.
  • Have a strong understanding of organic social media, content strategy, and community management.
  • Understand platform best practices and social measurement.
  • Have experience managing and mentoring Social Media Managers, Community Managers, or similar roles.
  • Lead senior client relationships and navigate complex feedback, competing priorities, and escalations.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Bring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate a track record of strengthening client partnerships and identifying account growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies grounded in client objectives, audience insights, platform behaviors, and cultural trends.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into channel, content, and community strategies.
  • Build senior client relationships and lead strategic reviews, planning sessions, and performance presentations.
  • Oversee social media programs across content planning, publishing, community management, reporting, and optimization.
  • Guide Social Media Managers on editorial calendars, content briefs, channel plans, and recommendations.
  • Oversee Community Managers and engagement strategies that strengthen audience relationships and protect brand reputation.
  • Manage account scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively address risks and escalations.
  • Monitor social performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage and mentor Social Media Managers and Community Managers, providing feedback and supporting their growth.
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Strategy, Analytics, and Sales on integrated programs.
