Requirements
- Have experience in a client services role at Account Director or Senior Account Director level within a healthcare communications agency.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel.
- Have experience managing complex accounts, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Bring commercial awareness and an understanding of account growth, forecasting, and financial management.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Demonstrate communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work collaboratively with scientific and client service teams.
- Oncology programme experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience supporting digital communications and creative healthcare engagement programmes is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client relationships across multiple oncology Medical Affairs workstreams.
- Provide strategic and commercial insight to support client objectives and strengthen partnerships.
- Oversee programme delivery to agreed quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Support digital and creative healthcare professional engagement initiatives.
- Identify account growth opportunities and develop proposals for existing clients.
- Partner with scientific, editorial, project management, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead account planning, forecasting, and financial performance discussions.
- Identify risks and challenges and develop solutions for long-term account success.
- Mentor colleagues across the client services team and contribute to pitches, proposals, and business development.
