Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of direct full-time experience within e-commerce and/or CPG industries.
- Strong analytical and P&L management skills.
- Experience managing trade spend and promotional investment.
- Ability to organize and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of increasing sales.
- Strong relationship skills for working with external contacts and internal teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage key growth e-commerce accounts, including Thrive Market, Target DVS, discount, last-mile, indirect, and emerging accounts.
- Own category management, assortment strategy, profitability, promotions, advertising strategy, and forecasting for assigned accounts.
- Develop relationships with retail partners, including category buyers and marketing, merchandising, and operations teams.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and revenue planning, partnering with Business Analytics and Finance on process and accuracy.
- Support initiatives for core e-commerce customers, including Amazon and Walmart.
- Monitor and report sales trends across owned and supported e-commerce accounts.
- Evaluate emerging channel opportunities for revenue growth and profitability.
- Build relationships with new platforms and lead retailer onboarding, including item setup, shipment coordination, and content strategy.
- Drive platform innovation by identifying test opportunities across marketing tactics, technology, product offerings, and content.
