Requirements
- Have 3+ years’ experience at a digital agency.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating quality work across digital media, including responsive web, mobile, and app design.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have a deep understanding of interaction design, branding, digital marketing, and the end-to-end creative process.
- Have proven experience with mobile-first, responsive design across devices and platforms.
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and data visualization to design with development realities in mind.
- Be able to absorb feedback, self-direct, and iterate with purpose.
- A bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred; formal design training is highly valued.
- Motion design experience is a bonus.
- Financial services industry experience is a bonus.
- Experience with data visualization and designing for complex information environments is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Set creative direction grounded in strategy, data, and user insight.
- Partner with UX designers, interaction designers, strategists, and developers to deliver digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- Translate wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes into high-fidelity designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Push creative work within clients' industries while considering aesthetic and technological possibilities.
- Mentor junior creative team members and support cross-discipline collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality from concept through delivery.
- Present design decisions to clients and explain them clearly.
