Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work.
- Demonstrate strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking.
- Have experience owning a product area with little oversight, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Show deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, motion, and interaction detail.
- Be fluent in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools.
- Have experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
- Have experience working within and contributing to a design system, including partnering with designers and engineers to implement changes in code.
- Bring strong systems thinking and the ability to design interconnected flows and complex existing systems.
- Have experience speaking directly with customers and using research and product data to inform design decisions.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and influence product and engineering partners.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design work.
- Be open to feedback, able to incorporate critique, and keep work moving.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces or healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own design for core features across the worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through specifications and launch.
- Frame ambiguous problems and establish an experience vision for the team.
- Partner with product managers on planning and prioritization using user needs and business context.
- Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes and iterate on them with customers.
- Set a high bar for visual and interaction quality across product experiences.
- Design within the design system and contribute components and patterns in partnership with designers and engineers.
- Talk to customers and use research and product data to shape design decisions.
- Integrate AI into research synthesis, competitor analysis, concept generation, copywriting, and prototype development.
- Take accountability for quality throughout projects and for the quality of shipped work.
