Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a professional product designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped, production work including research, iteration, and final outcomes.
- Experience designing complex, stateful software end-to-end with high autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills with experience leading design reviews and cross-functional sessions.
- High proficiency in Figma, including design systems and complex components.
- Ability to quickly prototype through mockups, interactive prototypes, and wireframes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive solution definition when requirements are ambiguous.
Responsibilities
- Own the design lifecycle for your product area including research, grooming, validation, and iteration.
- Independently produce and communicate high-quality, production-ready work.
- Contribute to medium-to-large features crossing team or department boundaries.
- Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback on peer work.
- Mentor junior designers through direct feedback and pairing.
- Identify gaps in design systems and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product partners to negotiate scope and technical tradeoffs.
