Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong professional experience with C# and Node.js for server-side development.
- 8+ years of experience with modern frontend development and strong proficiency in React.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS RDS, Aurora/PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases.
- 4+ years of experience working with AWS and cloud deployment environments.
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines; CircleCI and AWS CDK are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, and WCAG standards.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Strong algorithm design, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate technical ownership, and apply software architecture knowledge.
- Strong focus on software quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to communicate in English for daily collaboration and project discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, Node.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Develop React frontend experiences that follow web accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including AWS RDS, Aurora, and PostgreSQL.
- Deploy and operate applications using AWS cloud services and modern cloud deployment practices.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI and AWS CDK.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Develop proofs of concept, MVPs, experiments, and technology evaluations using design-thinking practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions.
- Own code quality and testing, and contribute to architectural decisions.
