Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Have strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Have experience building and shipping complex features in production systems.
- Demonstrate ownership and delivery of technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Have experience contributing to 0 → 1 product development.
- Have experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Bring hands-on cloud environment experience; AWS is preferred and ECS is a plus.
- Be proficient in using AI tools in daily development workflows.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Have a passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes.
- Healthcare experience in HIPAA-regulated environments or fintech experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Model data and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, with ECS preferred.
- Own features end-to-end, from design and development through production.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows.
