Requirements
- Have a minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including at least 4–5 years focused extensively on React Native.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Understand React Native architecture, hooks, state management, and performance optimization.
- Have experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Be familiar with native modules and bridging, including Swift or Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin or Java for Android.
- Have experience with mobile app deployment for the App Store and Google Play.
- Understand mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Have experience implementing push notifications, deep linking, and background tasks.
- Be proficient with Git and secure coding practices.
- Have experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Communicate effectively in English and collaborate across time zones with distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and continuous evolution of scalable React Native applications.
- Build and maintain cross-platform apps for iOS and Android.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across devices.
- Design and implement integrations with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing with Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Detox.
- Implement secure mobile practices, including authentication flows, secure storage, and data protection.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver mobile experiences.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, mobile release processes for the App Store and Google Play, and DevOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term mobile platform strategy.
