- Be willing to travel.
- Experience analyzing HR tech trends, journalism, or public relations may be relevant.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic analyst relations programs to increase brand awareness and buyer preference.
- Build relationships with analysts and communicate Ashby’s direction and product roadmap.
- Work to secure Ashby’s leadership in analyst research reports.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to apply analyst insights to product strategy, narratives, and marketing materials.
- Manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and major analyst firm events end to end.
- Represent Ashby and lead analyst strategy at industry conferences.
- Partner with product marketing to develop the analyst briefing strategy and narrative cadence.
- Lead and evolve analyst strategy for Ashby One.
