Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in community management, operations, or a related role in a start-up environment.
- Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in data software and updating documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail in data monitoring and management.
- Ability to handle inquiries and manage issues proactively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work either day shift (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM SGT) or night shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM SGT) and occasionally on public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes for new providers, ensuring they are equipped with resources for seamless integration.
- Organize and facilitate regular network engagement activities, including hosting monthly virtual townhalls.
- Schedule and coordinate regular training, group supervision, and Q&A sessions in collaboration with the Clinical team.
- Handle provider-related inquiries and concerns to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain clear communication channels, including driving outreach efforts and developing engagement materials.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare accurate calculations of provider compensation and payroll processing.
- Review and verify professional qualifications and licensing credentials to ensure compliance.
- Drive provider quality by overseeing mandatory training, compliance audits, and licensure management.
