Job Details

7+ years of experience building and executing retention marketing strategies in digital-first, e-commerce, or retail environments.
5+ years in leadership roles, with experience leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Data, and Technology.
Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer engagement.
Strong analytical mindset using customer and performance data to improve revenue, repurchase, and LTV/CAC.
Proven ability to turn strategy into execution, managing multiple priorities and roadmaps in fast-moving environments.
Hands-on, curious, and test-driven approach to using AI and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced English is required.

Own the retention strategy across Shapermint and Truekind, leading Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.
Design the end-to-end returning customer journey, from Welcome and transactional flows to Winback and Sunset strategies.
Build an integrated multi-channel strategy that increases engagement and repurchase while reducing channel overlap, fatigue, and unsubscribes.
Define quarterly OKRs and retention roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing the initiatives with the greatest business impact.
Own retention performance, including revenue, conversion, repurchase, and LTV/CAC, turning data into clear opportunities and actions.
Lead experimentation and optimization, using customer behavior, testing, and competitor insights to continuously improve retention performance.
Drive cross-functional execution with Data Science, Creative, IT, Growth, and other teams, removing blockers and ensuring high-quality delivery.
