Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing professional communications, publications, or educational materials.
- Experience within Medicaid, Medicare, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare operations.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare, regulatory, or policy information into clear content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare policy, provider services, or healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, edit, and publish provider-facing communications, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational materials.
- Translate complex healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and operational changes into clear, concise, and actionable communications.
- Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance, provider relations, and client stakeholders to ensure communication accuracy and consistency.
- Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, content development, and approval workflows across multiple projects.
- Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials.
