Job Details

8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.
Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Experience partnering with executive leaders and advising on communication strategy.
Demonstrated success leading both external communications and internal communications initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is highly preferred.

Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling efforts.
Partner with executives to elevate the company's visibility across the industry.
Manage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.
Build relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans that reinforce Lone Wolf's brand and business priorities.
Partner with the People team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
Create communication plans that support organizational initiatives, culture programs, performance management processes, and change management efforts.
Support communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
Own Lone Wolf's social media strategy and day-to-day presence across key platforms.
