Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack Software Engineer
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Experience with modern cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative)
- Expertise in distributed architecture and microservices
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience using database technologies and patterns
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing
- Experience leading collaborative software design sessions
- Expertise with version control systems
- Experience in web-based application development
- Ability to work standard business hours with occasional nights/weekends
- Ability to travel for team events
Responsibilities
- Manage and support team members through career growth, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
- Partner with Product Managers to align engineering efforts with product goals and priorities.
- Contribute directly to the full-stack codebase while leading by example.
- Establish and manage project milestones to ensure effective product delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and lead collaborative design sessions.
- Ensure high-quality software outcomes through unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Align team decisions with Enterprise Architecture principles.
