Experience: 5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

At least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
Hands-on technical foundation sufficient to engage credibly with engineering and AI/ML implementation details.
Working fluency with LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Hands-on experience with React or full-stack web development.
Proven experience owning product roadmaps and converting messy customer needs into clear software requirements.
Track record of defining and measuring concrete product KPIs and outcomes.
Customer-facing discovery experience with logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.
Experience in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a strong plus.

Own and drive the roadmap for core platform modules and AI agents, including live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management agents.
Ship agentic features with a clear contract: agents surface context and reasoning, execute only what users delegate, and log every action for audit.
Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops, translating regulated, complex workflows into simple, shippable product.
Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.
Define success in concrete terms, such as decisions automated, hours returned, and releases accelerated, and measure it consistently.
