Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager on a B2B platform.
- At least 2 years of experience in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
- Proven experience shipping at least one third-party integration end-to-end.
- Proficiency in reading C# and TypeScript to trace code paths and estimate changes.
- Strong technical understanding of SSO and API authentication patterns including OAuth, SAML, JWKS, and signed URLs.
- Experience deriving requirements from OpenAPI specs and Postman collections.
- Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, rebasing, diffs, and pull requests).
- Deep understanding of fintech domain concepts and bank/credit union integration architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write concise, active-voice product documentation.
- Experience managing vendor relationships where vendor processes dictate the project schedule.
- Knowledge of PCI scope requirements for financial flows.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end vendor integration from initial evaluation and requirements gathering to certification, pilot, and production go-live.
- Author clear, technical PRDs and companion documentation covering vendor requirements, technical debt, and open questions.
- Conduct technical diligence by reviewing backend and frontend codebases to estimate and plan integrations.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts with authentication, banking core, and product squads to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain and document product features, implementation guides, and release notes to support implementation and rollout.
- Design UI flows in Figma and build HTML prototypes for complex user interactions.
- Manage the product roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in Jira.
- Automate repetitive product management tasks and maintain structured knowledge bases.
