Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in growth, product management, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of owning growth metrics such as subscriber growth, conversion, or retention.
- Deep understanding of consumer subscription economics (LTV, churn, paywall conversion).
- Expertise in rapid experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, holdouts, sequential testing).
- Data-fluent with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize roadmaps.
- Knowledge of habit formation mechanics and drivers of daily usage.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to drive team velocity and build workflows.
- Technical aptitude for discussing complexity with engineers and ability to prototype ideas.
- Exceptional documentation and organization skills to manage experiment logs and roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills for presenting strategy to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the growth product strategy and roadmap across activation, conversion, and retention.
- Design, ship, and analyze high-velocity A/B tests with engineering and data science teams.
- Identify and remove friction points in user onboarding and habit-building journeys.
- Build and iterate on features that drive daily habit formation, such as streaks and progress tracking.
- Write detailed PRDs to define opportunities, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Collaborate effectively with product design, marketing, research, and engineering stakeholders.
