Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on platforms, integrations, or technical products.
- Experience managing external integrations or platform ecosystems in a regulated environment.
- Strong technical foundation in data architecture, APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and engineering domains.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience integrating products using external APIs to produce reports is preferred.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
- Experience with regulated data environments (HIPAA, GxP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a roadmap for integrations that strengthen the scalability and interoperability of the Faro platform.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into detailed product and integration specifications by working with customers, partners, and engineers.
- Design, prototype, and validate integration solutions while collaborating directly with engineering and customer teams.
- Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle from discovery and design to testing and launch.
- Partner with data, engineering, product design, and customer strategy teams to ensure seamless integration across the platform.
- Define standards and tools to enable internal teams and external partners to build on the platform.
- Prioritize integrations that enhance connectivity and data flow across clinical trial systems.
- Define KPIs for platform performance, integration uptime, adoption, and ecosystem growth.
- Track industry interoperability standards like CDISC, HL7 FHIR, and ODM.
