Requirements
- Experience owning strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow.
- Strong product judgment, including the ability to prioritize competing needs and translate broad goals into actionable requirements.
- Deep understanding of simulation technologies and workflows.
- Systems-oriented approach to improving processes, balancing quality, speed, maintainability, and scale.
- Clear, concise communication and the ability to build alignment across technical teams, domain experts, and senior leadership.
- Collaborative, pragmatic approach with respect for specialist expertise.
- Comfort working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and taking accountability for results.
- Understanding of, or strong interest in, the military and defense technology space.
Responsibilities
- Own the Content vision and roadmap.
- Turn needs into clear priorities by identifying content gaps and defining requirements.
- Own the Content process by partnering with the team to improve workflows and supporting tools.
- Define successful outputs by establishing expectations for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Enable focused execution by resolving ambiguity and managing competing requests.
- Connect Content with the broader product by aligning with engineering, design, and domain experts.
- Measure and improve outcomes using user research and production data.
