Requirements
- A strict minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, project management, or operations management.
- Experience in physical security, cybersecurity, or IT sectors preferred.
- Must be fully available and willing to work a dedicated night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a secondary backup connection.
- Strong working knowledge of project management and CRM software such as Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.
- Highly meticulous, exceptionally organized, and capable of working autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple security projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables are strictly adhered to.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT/security engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure total alignment on project objectives and deployment schedules.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project dashboards, risk logs, and status reports, and prepare comprehensive handover documentation.
- Organize schedules, allocate team resources, and lead virtual project alignment meetings during the designated shift.
- Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks, security risks, or resource constraints and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall security compliance.
