Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA/test automation (with BS/BA) or 3 years (with MS/MA).
- Active Public Trust clearance.
- US Citizenship.
- Cybersecurity workforce certification (e.g., Security+, CASP+).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) within Agile cycles.
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and reporting.
- Ability to develop Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and test plans.
- Experience with Section 508 / WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated tests into the DevSecOps pipeline for CI/CD execution.
- Lead Section 508/WCAG 2.0 accessibility testing and prepare VPAT documentation.
- Manage defect lifecycles, root cause analysis, and reporting in JIRA.
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and formal test documentation.
- Conduct stress and load testing in production-simulation environments.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices.
