- Ability to adapt to evolving operational needs beyond a fixed task list.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to increase workflow speed.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment end-to-end, utilizing modern technology to maintain speed.
- Execute product operations, including software setup for clients, standing up proof-of-concepts, and troubleshooting.
- Handle front-line client interactions, gathering feedback and resolving support requests directly.
- Run evaluations for new AI models to inform adoption or switching decisions.
- Monitor infrastructure and cloud costs, identifying waste and negotiating line items.
