Requirements
- Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, or health care, or equivalent training/experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
- 2-3 years of client/customer management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience leading professional or support staff.
- Demonstrated experience with health-related or corporate systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Intermediate knowledge of database applications, data trending, and reporting tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of data collection and basic data analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards.
- Communicate status and resolve issues for the project team.
- Create, update, and review documentation ensuring 508 compliance.
- Perform client needs analysis and manage client expectations.
- Interact with customers, partners, and contractors to ensure successful task completion.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure positive client relationships.
- Assign and review tasks for team members and provide coaching/training.
