Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in meeting planning, conference management, event operations, or medical education.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple programs and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid oncology education programs.
  • Develop and maintain program timelines, task lists, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Execute targeted outreach strategies for attendee recruitment.
  • Manage faculty logistics, travel, and on-site support.
  • Oversee event logistics including venues, audiovisual, and registration.
  • Track program expenses and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate planning calls and post-program debriefs.
  • Provide on-site management and troubleshooting during events.
