Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Shopify admin
- Familiarity with marketplace and e-commerce platforms (Seller Central, Walmart, etc.)
- Experience using Monday.com
- Project coordination experience
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Dependability and ability to work autonomously
- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Availability during Eastern Time hours
Responsibilities
- Perform Shopify listing updates and content uploads
- Maintain TikTok Shop and B2B portals
- Monitor daily inventory, including pre-order toggling and partial-stock handling
- Prepare weekly reports and upload blog content
- Coordinate operational projects in Monday.com including UPC/ASIN/FNSKU data harmonization
- Conduct COGS backfill work, portal support tasks, and cross-portfolio tracking
