Requirements
- Have experience working with US customers in a similar role, such as e-commerce store management.
- Have experience working with Shopify or a similar platform.
- Have experience with basic data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Be willing to work US hours, as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays.
- Have strong written and verbal English skills.
- Have a reliable internet connection above 10 Mbps.
- Have a quiet working environment.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and reliability.
- Be able to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in a healthcare, beauty, or wellness business is a bonus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a bonus.
- Experience with manual QA testing is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Register new accounts eligible to use the supplies platform.
- Monitor the platform for incoming orders and payments.
- Place received orders with the appropriate supplier.
- Reconcile platform orders with supplier orders daily.
- Provide occasional email customer service to identify and resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders.
- Escalate serious issues to the manager.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the process.
- Support ad hoc activities requested by the manager or product and engineering team, including manual testing of new product features and data entry.
