Requirements
- Be proactive and able to identify and complete work without step-by-step instructions.
- Adapt between marketing, administration, customer support, and operations.
- Understand Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and effective content.
- Be comfortable using ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Canva in daily work.
- Write clear, on-brand, personable English for DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies.
- Keep trackers, spreadsheets, and project boards organized and up to date.
- Learn new software and systems quickly.
- Have a background in marketing, social media, eCommerce, executive or virtual assistance, or operations support.
- Consumer, CPG, DTC, food, or beverage brand experience is a plus.
- Creator outreach or affiliate management experience is a plus.
- Shopify or customer support ticketing platform familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Create content and brand assets using Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva.
- Research competitors, trends, creators, influencers, and affiliates; develop content ideas and conduct outreach.
- Coordinate product samples and track creator partnerships and deliverables.
- Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities; manage customer support tickets.
- Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and administrative work.
- Research retailers, affiliates, and growth opportunities; prepare sales materials and organize pipelines.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, project management tools, files, systems, and processes; prepare simple reports.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and help execute priorities, launches, promotions, samples, and partnerships.
- Take projects off the founder's plate and ensure tasks are completed.
