Requirements
- 3+ years of construction field work.
- 5+ years of experience working in residential management.
- Experience with home modifications (e.g., bathrooms, ramps) is preferred.
- Must reside in Delaware.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Ability to work from home for the remainder of the work week.
- Commitment to client experience and construction quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations.
- Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a network of qualified service providers.
- Establish quality standards and ensure consistent service delivery across all contractors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and assessments throughout the region.
- Implement corrective actions when installations do not meet standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.
