Requirements
- 3–5 years of construction management, Owner's representative, or project management experience.
- Experience with commercial development or multi-site programs.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- OSHA 30 or related certification preferred.
- Must reside in Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona.
- Ability to perform regular travel to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-construction, procurement, and construction-phase coordination.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate activities with design consultants, general contractors, and government agencies.
- Manage RFI, submittal, change order, and pay application processes.
- Oversee project closeout and warranty-phase services.
- Ensure delivery is consistent with plans, specifications, and owner expectations.
