Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, obtain clarification, and show empathy.
- Strong written communication and composition skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or work-from-home setting.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong task management skills with the ability to balance competing tasks and take direction from multiple team members.
- Ability to identify problems and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Schedule flexibility including availability for occasional Friday afternoon or Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Confirm sales appointments for the inside sales team.
- Perform quality control on sales processes.
- Assist with various operational duties.
- Act as a contact for the inside sales team to help with special requests.
- Maintain leads and data in the CRM system.
