Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, web strategy, or content strategy.
- Proven record of building or transforming SEO programs at scale with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, site architecture, and structured data.
- Practical experience with GEO, AEO, or optimizing for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Advanced analytical skills: ability to build dashboards, diagnose performance, and translate data into actionable plans.
- Deep familiarity with SEO/GEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, or GA4.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with writers, content owners, developers, and product marketing teams.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect organic traffic to pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to executives.
- Self-starter capable of operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global GEO/AIO and SEO strategies to improve visibility in search engines and AI-powered answer experiences.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to track organic visibility, traffic quality, conversions, and share of voice.
- Analyze competitive whitespace and audience intent to identify winning themes and prioritize content recommendations.
- Partner with web and engineering teams on technical SEO foundations like crawlability, indexation, schema, and site architecture.
- Lead experimentation programs across content formats and conversion journeys to establish repeatable growth playbooks.
- Build an AI-native operating model to automate research, monitoring, and content optimization tasks.
- Establish governance and editorial standards to ensure durable, cross-functional organic growth.
- Advise senior leadership on opportunities, trade-offs, and business impact.
