Job Details

7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience within B2B SaaS or tech.
Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy and execution.
Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing and user insights.
Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, with awareness of emerging trends like AI search and GEO.
Strong instincts for content, messaging, and user experience.
Demonstrated success managing internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
Comfortable working with analytics tools and using data to inform decisions.
Technical familiarity with web development, platforms like Vercel & Sanity, and reporting tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Prompt Watch.
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward testing and learning.

Own the vision and roadmap for all four web domains (Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite).
Drive a data-driven approach to improving conversion rates across the funnel.
Manage organic growth strategy, including technical SEO and emerging AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).
Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to align site messaging with target audiences.
Refine site structure, navigation, and user flows to improve engagement.
Build and scale a culture of testing, including A/B and multivariate experiments.
Oversee development and technical execution to ensure site scalability and performance.
