Requirements
- 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles.
- Direct experience working with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and training enablement at scale.
- Technical proficiency with automation platforms.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Ability to create lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms.
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage company.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to see cross-functional process connections.
- User-first mindset with focus on clinical, marketing, and onboarding teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows for clinical operations, including appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications.
- Create tools that streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance.
- Integrate automation platforms (e.g., Claude, Zapier, N8, Make, Airtable, custom scripts) with external and internal systems.
- Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical automation solutions.
- Build and manage automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and content pipeline management.
- Automate content repurposing and integrate AI tools for video editing, captioning, and content planning.
- Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners, from contract signing through to full activation.
- Build scalable playbooks for clinic success teams using tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards.
